SUPERHOG Terms of Service

SUPERHOG is an independent third-party service provider that screens Guests and enables property protection for Guest damages and liabilities in the form of a guarantee. The guarantee provided by Superhog is made directly by Superhog to you and does not involve Dtravel or its related entities or affiliates. Any damage claims shall be pursued directly with Superhog.
By using this SUPERHOG integration, you agree to SUPERHOG’s Terms of Service without prejudice to Dtravel’s terms of service. In the event of any conflicting terms between SUPERHOG’s Terms of Service and Dtravel’s Terms of Service, SUPERHOG’s Terms of Service shall prevail. Furthermore, you undertake that the property enrolled for SUPERHOG’s service:
Is owned by you or that you have the permission of the owner to rent or share the property
Matches the online property listing in all fundamental areas (e.g number of rooms, location and amenities)
Is well maintained, in good condition and fully functional
Undergoes an appropriate level of professional cleaning between each and every booking
Has valid and appropriate insurance in place at all times (including insurers being aware of home-sharing activity)
Meets all local health and safety and legal requirements to have a guest to stay
Has never been the subject of any liability insurance claim or had a booking canceled/abandoned due to issues at the property
